NOTICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS
CUSTOMER ITEM RETURNS
On January 21, 2017, the owner and CEO of ABO (USA) Inc., Mr. Shintaro Saiga, passed away. Since then, the company has permanently ceased operations, sold its assets and begun the process of winding up. The Probate Court of Miami-Dade County, FL has appointed Mr. Ahpaly Coradin, Esq. as personal representative of Mr. Saiga’s estate, who is in charge of the winding up of the company.
We are aware that our customers have been unable to get through to anyone and have orders pending.
Unfortunately, the company is insolvent and cannot offer any refunds or cover costs for shipping items back to customers.
If you are a customer and have sent an item to the company for repair, you may have your item
returned by completing and sending the Request for Return Form on the following page to the address indicated on the form, together with $35 for shipping and handling in money order or cashier’s check made out to “Estate of Shintaro Saiga” with the reference “ABO (USA) Inc. Return.”
By order of the probate court, any Requests for Return received after September 30, 2017 shall not be honored, and all remaining customer items not returned by that date shall be discarded, and all claims arising from the return of customer items shall be considered time barred.
